Service Description

We offer bespoke health screening for patients, involving completion of a pre-consultation questionnaire, completed prior to a face to face appointment. Following the face to face consultation, once we are in receipt of all the results we shall send a report for you to review. We then have a follow up discussion so as to ensure you are fully informed as to the outcome of the health screen.
