Health Screens

A private health screen is a service we off that provides individuals with a overall review of there general welbeing and health. Health Screens include a full review of your history, comprehensi e examination andf can include a variety of tests and assessments to check for potential health issues.

At Dr H Khan & Associates we like to provide a personalised private GP screening service for our patients We offer in depth screening at a time convenient for our patients and ensure we disucss the outcomes and results in a timely manner.

As part of the Health Screening we try and identify early signs of potential health problems before they become more serious. Identifying things early is hugely beneficial for ones overall health. We can also gain an understandong of areas you may be able to optimise further to enjoy and healthier and more productive life.

We shall provide our patients with a Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire before the booked face to face consultation. This needs to be returned before the consultation to ensure we can get the most out of the consultation. During teh consultation key areas relevent and bespoke to our patient shall be discussed and a comprehensive and detailed health examination shall be performed and relevent test health tests shall be perfoened. A detailed report with all the results and any further thoughts shall be included before a follow up discussion a few weeks after to cover any queries.
